• If you grant someone else access to your account, you are solely responsible for any issues that arise as a result.
• The mobile number and payment method used during registration must be in the member's own name.

FF Bager currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳200, and transaction limits are set individually for each method.

Your account's KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed — unverified withdrawal requests will not be accepted. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; complex cases may take up to 24 hours.

• The payment method used for deposits must match the method used for withdrawals.
• Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the Wagering Requirement must be met first. Wagering means you need to place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳100 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳2,000.

• You may not claim another bonus offer while one is already active.
• Bonuses must be claimed within a set time window — they will expire once the deadline passes.
• Bonus Abuse — or using the same offer across multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited.

All bets placed on FF Bager are final — once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. Always verify the odds and stake amount carefully before confirming your bet.

Sports Betting outcomes are determined based on official results. If a match is cancelled for any reason, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded. FF Bager is not liable for unconfirmed live bets resulting from internet disconnection.

Casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent third parties. If a technical error affects a game's outcome, that round may be voided.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on FF Bager. These restrictions exist to protect all members and to maintain the integrity of the platform.

Harassing other members, using offensive language, or filing false complaints are all actions that fall under this prohibition.
